Quality policy
Our core business is to manufacture, update, and provide technical and maintenance support of freeze-drying equipment, tailored to the customer's needs. Located in Granollers, our management, technical and productive staff, with more than 20 years of experience in the sector, focus their daily work on:
- 1. Continual improvement, with special emphasis on the relationship and communication with our customers.
- 2. Detect and put under control any non-compliant service or incident in its most initial state possible.
- 3. Implement corrective and preventive measures for non-conformities and incidents, to avoid their recurrence.
- 4. Continuous staff training, promoting internal communication.
- 5. Staff awareness, motivation and participation in the quality system compliance, providing necessary information and training, based on the principles of UNE-EN-ISO9001:2015 certification, which are reviewed and updated annually by the management.
- 6. Careful selection of suppliers for their importance in the final product quality
